dave kinchen is on his way in the the news van to get the details from the ground but this is the 2800 block of passyunk avenue. just off of passyunk, and the schuylkill expressway. so anyone familiar with south philadelphia here, passyunk avenue between the schuylkill and the schuylkill river, traffic is obviously getting by. water is bubbling up from underground here. obviously it is an active construction zone. i'm in the sure if one of the guys may have struck one of the waterlines. something obviously went a stray here but this is passyunk a avenue, between the the schuylkill expressway, and schuylkill river. again, that 2800 block there. as we go to the maps, again, davis on his way over there we will get the details. but watch for delays. we saw traffic moving through the the water a few moments ago. that may not be the the case for the rest of or morning rush hour. it is not impacting the schuylkill expressway. so, that is good news. we have a tractor trailer though that is leaking some diesel fuel. this is northbound i-95 a at exit number nine, which is route three from marsh
